This policy explains how direct messages sent to the Instagram account @hodosova_photo are processed by an automated messaging assistant operated by Ekaterina Barskaia (“we”, “us”). By sending a direct message to @hodosova_photo you consent to the processing described below.

What we collect
When you send a direct message to @hodosova_photo, we receive and store: your Instagram-scoped sender ID, your Instagram name and username (where made available by Instagram), the text content of your message, and the date and time it was sent. We do not collect your Instagram password, payment details, or any data beyond what is contained in your message and basic profile fields.

How we use it
We use this information solely to read incoming messages and prepare and send replies on behalf of the account owner. Message content is used to draft a suggested response, which a human reviews and approves before any reply is sent back to you. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it for any purpose unrelated to handling your conversation.

Third-party services
To operate this assistant, message data is processed by the following service providers, each under their own privacy terms: Meta / Instagram (message delivery), n8n (workflow automation hosting), Google Sheets (storing conversation state and history), Anthropic (the Claude AI model, used to draft suggested reply text), and Telegram (used to deliver drafts to a human reviewer for approval).

Data retention
Conversation records are retained only as long as needed to provide and improve responses to your inquiries, and are deleted on request (see below).
Data deletion
You may request deletion of all data associated with your messages at any time. To do so, email ebarskaia@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and the Instagram username you messaged from. We will delete your stored conversation data within 30 days of receiving the request.
